1Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the phpart platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. phpart strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of phpart, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phpart or any regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

phpart reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned at phpart's sole discretion.

2Account Registration

To access the full features of the phpart platform, you must register a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update it if any details change.
• You will keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• You are the sole authorized user of your phpart account.
• You will not allow any other person to access or use your phpart account.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) phpart account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phpart reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.

phpart is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with PAGCOR Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. You agree to provide any documentation requested by phpart for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3Player Conduct

You agree to use the phpart platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the phpart platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the phpart platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phpart staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the phpart platform or its underlying software.
• Providing false information to phpart at any time, including during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.

phpart reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phpart platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). phpart accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability and applicable limits.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phpart account upon confirmation from the payment provider. phpart is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. phpart aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya within 15 minutes, though processing times may vary.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the phpart cashier page. These limits may be adjusted at phpart's discretion.
• Payment Method Consistency: phpart may require that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for deposits, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Declined Transactions: phpart reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal request that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with transactions on the phpart platform. phpart does not charge deposit fees, though withdrawal fees may apply in certain circumstances as disclosed on the cashier page.

5Bonuses & Promotions

phpart offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. phpart reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• phpart reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account termination.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, phpart's decision shall be final and binding.

6Gameplay & Fair Play

phpart is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All digital games on the phpart platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure that game outcomes are random and not influenced by any external factor. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in licensed studios subject to regulatory oversight.

All bets placed on phpart are final once confirmed. phpart reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account.

phpart reserves the right to suspend or void any game round where there is evidence of technical failure, network disruption, or any other circumstance that may have compromised the integrity of the game outcome.

7Responsible Gaming

phpart is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phpart platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the phpart platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, audio, and video, is the exclusive property of phpart or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phpart platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phpart platform without the prior written consent of phpart.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phpart platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or interruption of service.

phpart does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. phpart's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpart account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phpart's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

10Account Suspension & Termination

phpart reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phpart reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You are under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to phpart, other players, or the integrity of the platform.
• phpart is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause, phpart reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or illegal activity is established, any real-money balance in your account. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your phpart account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending withdrawal requests.

11Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. phpart operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming laws.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through phpart's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

phpart's internal dispute resolution process requires that you first submit your complaint to our support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. phpart will endeavor to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

12Changes to These Terms

phpart reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phpart will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the phpart platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the phpart platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.
